Sesame Street got it right. Young people grow up in neighborhoods that, ideally, are enriched by organizations and systems that have adults empowered to create key services, supports and opportunities. But who are those people? What are their backgrounds? What is their charge? How are they supported, accessed, connected, held accountable? If we mapped all these adults in all of these ways, what would we see? In this workshop, presenters will share the interactive results of a study done to map the adults, services, and systems associated with supporting thriving for children (0-8) and engage participants in discussions of the value and challenges of tackling this type of study for youth and young adults.
