21st Century Learning Community programs receive federal funding to promote education outcomes through academic and non-academic enrichment activities complemented by family engagement services. Participating programs have to adhere to performance monitoring and evaluation requirements. How can programs use data and continuous improvement to support their own growth? And how can programs communicate their progress in ways that make sense? Join multiple state networks to hear how their work with the Youth Program Quality Intervention allows them to show the link between program quality and youth outcomes as well as demonstrate the need for broader systems-reform and alignment efforts.
